Shaping the Digital Services Act: What impact on intellectual property, Università di Stoccolma, webinar, 30 marzo 2022

The Institute for Intellectual Property and Market Law (IFIM) at Stockholm University is delighted to host a new online webinar on 30 March 2022 (between 16:00 and 18:00 CET) to analyze and evaluate the potential impact of some of the most relevant provisions of the DSA (Digital Service Act).

Following an overview of the current state of negotiations, some of the key stakeholders will offer their views on points which are currently being debated in the context of such negotiations. An analysis of the interplay between the DSA and Article 17 of the DSM Directive 2019/790 (DSMD, Direttiva Copyright) will be also provided.
